Highway Drainage Design
At EMD we can provide full highway drainage design services that include detailed design for approval under Section 38 Agreements (Highways Act 1980). For such developments, highway drainage infrastructure is required to be adopted as part of a new section of the highway to be put forward for approval to the Local Highway Authority.
Such examples include on-line and off-line attenuation, balancing ponds, soakaways, swales, underground storage tanks, dry basins and suitable discharge point.
